Legal relationship in temporary employment

Permanent license for temporary employment

BUCH MICH holds a permanent license for temporary employment in accordance with Article 1, Section 1 of the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG). The required license was issued on June 2, 2007, by the Federal Employment Agency, Düsseldorf Regional Office.

Applicable collective bargaining agreements

The collective agreement concluded between the German Association of Personnel Service Providers (Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister e. V. – GVP) and the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) shall apply in full in its currently valid version. In addition, BUCH MICH is a member of the employers’ association GVP.

AÜG Amendment

By applying the GVP collective agreement, BUCH MICH ensures that no obligation for equal treatment (in accordance with Section 8 of the German Temporary Employment Act – AÜG) arises during the first nine months of assigning our employees to client companies.

Compliance with the Minimum Wage Act

BUCH MICH pays its employees more than the statutory minimum wage.

Branches

The license for temporary staffing is transferred to the branches. The company’s headquarters are in Cologne.
