For 20 years, BUCH MICH has been working to give temporary employment the positive image it deserves – and in many parts of the media industry, we have achieved exactly that. We focus on expertise, fairness and responsible behaviour.

Like our customer base, our experience and competence has grown steadily over time. We successfully and quickly place personnel for various production formats throughout Germany, placing special emphasis on close contact with our clients and employees.

However, we are not satisfied with simply bringing together clients and employees for a project. Only when the professional competence and personality of our employees perfectly match the corporate culture of our clients have we found the optimal solution – this claim is what makes us successful.
