This is how employee leasing works

Employee leasing through BUCH MICH means legal and process security.

Minimise your risk with us: continued payment of wages and continued employment in the event of a fluctuating order situation are no longer in your organisation.

Save on internal personnel and administrative costs in payroll accounting.

We guarantee you absolute security in all employment matters.

We take over the time-consuming verification of individual employee status.

We handle the entire social security and tax assessment of employees.

As an employer, we pay 50 per cent of the social security contributions (pension, health, unemployment, accident and nursing care insurance).

All labour law regulations, such as protection against dismissal, maternity protection, working hours, occupational health and safety, federal holiday and continued payment laws are, of course, complied with in our contractual agreements.

Benefit from all the advantages of temporary employment with full flexibility and professional support from BUCH MICH at market rates.
